As Senior Web Analyst on the Marketing Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to relentlessly leverage data, experimentation, and analytics to optimize landing pages and understand audience segmentation across Chime.com. Our website is a very important experience of the member journey funnel and you will be an integral part in shaping the optimal experience for them.

For Colorado based roles: In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $126,000 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with your passion for telling stories with data - not only surfacing insights but also presenting those recommendations to a variety of levels within the organization, including executives, to influence change.
  • Guide web analytics and experimentation roadmaps and apply statistical rigor and data science techniques to optimize landing pages and Chime blog performance.
  • Dig deep into search and acquisition behaviors across competitors and the financial industry to recommend content strategies for a better user experience for website visitors.
  • Define KPIs across several content and brand initiatives, while also driving towards company priorities and acquisition goals.
  • Guide productionalization of clickstream data and then query data to understand customer journeys and audience pools across chime.com.
  • Partner with marketers, engineers, creatives, and other data scientists/analysts to build analytics that drive our content marketing efforts.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • An advanced degree or equivalent working experience in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C web analytics (in FinTech, Banking, Lending or Credit is a plus).
  • Experience working with experimentation, web and SEO platforms (ie. Google Analytics, Optimizely, Conductor, Google Search Console) and have done extensive work querying event-level data.
  • Leadership skills in driving experimentation standard methodologies and standardization in collaboration with product / marketing teams.
  • Clear communication and visualization skills with an uncanny ability to tailor presentations for specific audiences.
  • Done your due diligence to ensure your insights are right and do not sacrifice the quality or accuracy or your work.
