My name is Shirley Mei, and I recently completed my undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, where I pursued a major in Statistics. Throughout my four years at SMU, I dedicated myself to my studies while also taking on the role of a tutor. I learned a lot of programming and concepts in courses like SAS, R studio, linear algebra, java, biology, and more. I passed the SAS-certified exam with 87% correct. Last year, I had a summer internship at a Dallas healthcare organization. I’m passionate about programming based on user research and using data to solve problems. And I enjoy the process of collaborating with teams. As a recent graduate, I have a fresh perspective and a strong desire to continue learning and growing in a professional company.
