About Me

I am a final-year undergraduate at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. For my final semester, I have to complete my internship program. I possess skills in programming with languages such as Java, C, Python, PHP, SQL, HTML, and CSS. During my first two years at the university, I learned the subject of Statistics and have some knowledge of different modules under statistics. I have also worked with technologies for web development and machine learning and deep learning. Therefore, I am confident in learning and working with the latest technologies. Additionally, I possess soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, which are vital for any position. I have worked on several web-based applications and machine learning projects, including AES parallelization using openMP and C, Rock Paper Scissor using open CV and Python, and Dream Wedding website using web-based technologies. I have also worked on a real-time human emotion recognition system for a research paper and currently working on my final year research project, Medical Tablet Classification. I am confident that these experiences have prepared me well for the challenges of an internship. Other than university studies, as I am eager to learn Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, I completed a certificate course on Cyber Security and Digital Forensics offered by SLIIT University last year. And currently follow some online certificate courses to improve my knowledge in the area. I have been actively involved in extracurricular activities. I was a volunteer for IEEE Sri Lanka section and IEEE Innovation Nation Sri Lanka last year.
