What we are looking for in you

• A Masters or PhD student in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics etc.)
• Experience programming in a statistical programming/scripting language (Python, R)
• Have an understanding of data structures, machine learning algorithms, and computational complexity. Cloud computing or server operations knowledge is a plus
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with people from diverse professional and educational backgrounds
• Comfortable thinking analytically about ambiguous problems and willing to problem solve and troubleshoot regardless of methods, techniques, or tools; not hung up on implementing a convolutional neural net

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 or 11 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. We will provide housing for all interns as well as a commuting stipend. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes.
