Job Overview

As an Automotive Americas Customer Quality Intern on our North America Automotive Transportation team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work strategically to develop analytical tools (Power BI Dashboards, Excel, SQL Server, etc.) to display and analyze data for management to make actionable decisions and to recognize trends.
• Clean and manipulate raw data as required.
• Utilize data analysis to integrate into monthly report-outs and develop strategies for the future.
• Capture Voice of the Customer KPIs and display them within analytical tools.
• Access key customer portals to retrieve pertinent data (i.e., Ford, GM, etc.) and interface with Customer Quality Engineers.
• Work within the Customer Quality team, regionally and globally, and cross-functionally as appropriate.
• Provide Extraordinary Customer Experience through professional phone skills, emails, and team involvement.

What your background should look like:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program pursuing a degree in Data Science, Engineering, or another closely related field.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL is preferred.

This position is located at our Winston-Salem, NC office.
