Job Description

At Silo AI engineers and researchers collaborate closely to tackle challenging real-world problems in industry projects. The core competence of Silo AI relies on deep academic and industry expertise in various fields of AI, covering machine learning, automatic speech recognition, natural-language processing, computer vision among others. Now we are looking for AI Scientists to focus on first building and developing ASR solutions in multiple languages!

What will you be doing

As an AI Scientist in Automatic Speech Recognition, you'll work in a world-class team of AI experts, solving real-life cases using the latest ASR & ML techniques.

• Build and develop multi-language ASR solutions for our client companies
• Analyze data to discover patterns, find opportunities, and develop and apply innovative ASR & ML algorithms
• Validate new or improved models via statistically relevant experiments.
• Work closely with other AI Scientists and AI engineers to build scalable prototypes for testing, and integrate successful models and algorithms in production systems.
• Support in identifying opportunities in creating customer value with ASR & ML
• Advance exploratory research projects in ASR & ML and related fields to create highly innovative customer experiences.

What we are looking for from you

• Strong experience in the area of ASR and ML in fields directly related to ASR / ML (industry and / or academic) 
• PhD in relevant field and strong publication records in machine learning and ASR that shows clear evidence of high-quality research and innovation
• Strong Experience with relevant technologies and tools to develop AI applications in ASR / ML, including deep learning technologies
• Interested towards working and communicating with Silo AI clients and working part of the team with Silo experts
