Your role and responsibilities

As a Bachelor@IBM student, you will start at the end of September 2027 and combine valuable practical experience at a leading global technology corporation with your bachelor’s degree, which you will complete within three years.

• You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insights into their roles and responsibilities while building your skills and knowledge in a real‑world setting.

• You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company’s operations and goals.

• You will work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across the organization.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

What you bring

• Very good to good general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English
• You are committed as a problem solver and ready to take on challenges
• You bring a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow
• You are known for your dedication and commitment.
