Job Description

Who You Are

• A hands-on engineer passionate about developer productivity, code quality, and internal tooling.
• Experienced with CI/CD systems, test automation, and release workflows.
• Familiar with tools like linters, static analyzers, and code review automation.
• Comfortable working across scripting languages and infrastructure, such as Python, Bash, GitHub Actions, and monitoring tools.

What We Need

• Oversee and improve end-to-end release and QA workflows, ensuring reliability and stability at every stage, including release validation and implementation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to reduce friction and uphold high development standards.
• Implement and manage automated testing, linting, and static analysis frameworks to catch issues early and maintain code quality.

What You Will Learn

• Best practices for testing MLIR compilers, system runtimes, and high-performance code targeting custom hardware.
• How to deliver predictable, high-quality software through automation, monitoring, and data-driven insights.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
