Job Description

You will become part of our Climate, City and Landscape department, where there are approximately 50 excellent colleagues who work with water resources, climate adaptation and digital development.

The department focuses on both technical advice and innovation, and you will be part of an environment with high professionalism and strong collaboration.

Your tasks

Your tasks will be largely defined by the conversations you will have with our various professional groups, so that together you can find automations, efficiencies and generally smart ways to get things done. In general, we see:

• Integrating Copilot into daily work processes
• Identify relevant use cases and help colleagues use Copilot for e.g. document drafting, data processing and project management.
• Streamlining sales and quotation work
• Develop templates and workflows that automate parts of the quotation process, e.g. text generation, content structuring and quality assurance.
• Setting up interview automations
• Design and implement automated interview flows with e.g. Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Copilot that collect project data and generate references.
• Preparation of project references
• Structure and automate the process of collecting and disseminating project information so that an updated reference bank is continuously built up.
• Market analysis and trend monitoring
• Collect and analyze data about competitors, trends, and customer needs using AI tools and data visualization.
• Development of internal guides and best practices
• Document and communicate the use of Copilot and other digital tools so that the department has a common set of guidelines and inspiration.
• Support and training of colleagues
• Hold short introductions or workshops on digital tools and assist colleagues with specific issues.
• Data collection and reporting
• Contribute to setting up dashboards and reports that provide insight into, for example, bid activity, project status or resource consumption.
• Testing and evaluating new digital tools

Participate in testing and evaluating new AI solutions and digital tools that can support the department's work.

Your skills and competencies

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education degree – perhaps in engineering, IT, data science or a related field. You have a natural interest in AI, digitalization and process optimization, and you are motivated by finding smart solutions that create value.

You have experience with Office 365 and preferably knowledge of tools such as Copilot or similar that support efficient work and innovation. You work in a structured manner, have good collaboration skills and thrive in an environment where you can both contribute independently and engage in close dialogue with colleagues.

In addition, you are curious and proactive, and you are able to communicate technical solutions in a way that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Finally, you speak and write fluent Danish.
