Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and model performance tuning. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for NLP and AI model development and performance
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and
- Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and
- Experience in Model Performance Tuning to optimize and enhance AI/NLP
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) models and their
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of Agentic Frameworks for building autonomous AI
- Exposure to Full Stack development concepts for end-to-end application
- Skills in Prompt Engineering for effectively interacting with large language
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
- Excellent communication and collaboration
