Join our Data Science & AI team as a Machine Learning Engineering Specialist and help us design, build, and scale end-to-end AI/ML pipelines in the cloud. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and engineers to solve complex challenges and shape the future of business aviation.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and preprocess data from diverse sources such as SAP, Salesforce, and IoT Smart Link Plus devices across our Global and Challenger fleets
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to derive actionable insights and enable scalable deployments
  • Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor ML, AI, and statistical models to enhance customer applications and Aftermarket operations
  • Contribute to our Data Science & AI roadmap in partnership with product managers, analysts, and UX/UI teams
  • Work closely with ML and data engineers to ensure models are production-ready and deliver real business outcomes
  • Collaborate with technical experts, field reps, and the Customer Response Center to develop predictive maintenance solutions (Condition Monitoring, Diagnostics, Prognostics)
  • Stay current through literature reviews and competitive research on AI in business aviation
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions with tangible business value
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade ML pipelines
  • Strong background in time-series and telemetry (sensor-based) data
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance and aircraft systems is a plus
  • Expertise in Python and ML libraries
  • Curious, autonomous, and results-driven with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred
