What YOU will do

• Responsible for managing the implementation of interiors data and reporting related business processes, enhancements and solutions (e.g., database, reports and visualization development, data extraction, transformation, data cleanliness, completeness and sustainability, master data, vendor masters, parts masters, configuration management, engineering interface and business reporting.)
• Identify valuable data sources and automate mining/collection processes.
• Gather requirements from functional businesses to design, develop and implement dynamic dashboarding capability using Data Visualization tools such as (Tableau and SAP Business Objects).
• Implement systems and reporting changes, develop necessary training and job aids to ensure end-user adoption of the Data Visualization tools.
• Partner with the digital technology teams to process and ingest data from a variety of data sources into Alteryx to prepare datasets that can be consumed by the downstream reporting teams.
• Create and maintain a data catalog of dashboards and the reporting attributes used within the Curated Datasets.
• Audit database and dashboards regularly to maintain quality.
• Develop Data Analytics & Reporting strategy to meet business needs.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish reporting strategy, vision and priorities.
• Lead and facilitate improvements with business to completion, including resolution and organization buy-in for process changes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field and eight years of progressive experience in a Data Systems, Data Analytics, Data Developer or related role. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field and five years of experience in a Data Systems, Data Analytics, Data Developer, or related role.
• Must possess at least 5 years of experience with SQL.
• Must possess at least 5 years of experience with ETL workflow management.
• Must possess at least 4 years of experience with Tableau Dashboard development.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work onsite. This

includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the

development of our products.

The salary range is $ 126,360.00 to $161,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
