Internship Overview

At Saatchi & Saatchi X, interns work side-by-side with agency professionals on real-world assignments. We welcome passionate students who are eager to grow personally and professionally, have a positive attitude, and are driven to succeed.

As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will collaborate with our Data & Analytics Manager on campaign work, including performance reporting, optimization, and data management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign test design, learning plan development, data analysis (first- and third-party), and engagement metrics (email, web, and mobile interactions).

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field
  • Passion for analytics, data interpretation, consumer behavior, and deriving actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Data visualization and dashboarding experience (e.g., Tableau)
  • Client presentation skills
  • Test design, implementation, and measurement experience
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Familiarity with website and mobile analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Program Details

  • Format: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in-office, with virtual exceptions as needed)
  • Duration: 10 weeks (June–August)
  • Compensation: $18–$20 per hour based on role, skills, education, and experience
  • Pay Range Disclosure: Compensation is $20/hour. Final pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and role requirements. Temporary employees may qualify for benefits after meeting eligibility criteria.
