Job Description

What you’ll do

CX Data Scientist mission is to enhance our CX intelligence, through advanced statistical and big data models with ultimate purpose to de-average our CX execution strategy.

More specifically you will:

• Develop models and CX reports, analyze & interpret data to unveil trends and patterns to uncover opportunities
• Form hypotheses and validate. A/B test newly developed solutions and compare them with legacy approaches
• Design and develop NPS focused campaigns to gather CX insights and improve CX
• Develop NPS propensity modelling & spot triggers (detractor>passive, passive>promoter)
• Facilitate the development of CX big data models alongside Big Data CoE
• Deliver low level modelling of effort vs impact analysis and defines prioritized map with CX Programme Manager & BPs

Who you are

• Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant fiel
• Proven experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc.) to manipulate data & draw insights from large data sets
• Experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
• Great knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and experience working with Artificial Intelligence libraries
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud and Apache Spark will be considered a plus
• Have a keen eye for detail, prompt problem solving capability and self-motivation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and eager to introduce innovative practices and ideas
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, in both Greek and English
