To drive this forward, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence to spearhead our AI initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into our products, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value to users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to integrate AI capabilities into products, driving measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
• Define Product Requirements: Develop detailed product requirement documents that outline critical milestones throughout the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, governance, and delivery.
• Lead AI Strategy: Define and implement AI-specific data strategies, such as data collection, labeling, and synthetic data generation, to support machine learning models.
• Stay at the Forefront: Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in ML frameworks, tools, and trends, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML solutions, focusing on data science, machine learning, personalization, or recommendation systems.
• A strong background as an Engineer, Data Scientist, or ML practitioner with a product consumer mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience with Generative AI/LLMs, including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks, model development, and MLOps tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sagemaker).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in delivering technical presentations and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Proven capability to translate diverse user requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) dat, . (Advantage):
• Excellent organizational and execution skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
