Job Description

The Role:

The Associate Product Manager at AirDNA, will be the go-to person for all sales-led product development and rollouts. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure our B2B products are best-in-class, drive new business, and reduce churn. Your expertise in data-driven insights, stakeholder management, and technical problem-solving will help shape our enterprise offerings.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Own the Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO) Tourism Insights dashboard, becoming the expert on its features, onboarding, troubleshooting, and future enhancements.
  • Lead enterprise reports, ensuring seamless delivery, optimizing processes, and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Manage API product inquiries and development, prioritizing customer needs and driving key feature improvements.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies, supporting expansion in enterprise and hedge fund markets.
  • Translate technical documentation into customer-friendly insights, improving data quality and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical roles such as data science, engineering, or technical support.
  • Full proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • Product Management Experience: Ability to build and prioritize roadmaps, create PRDs, and drive product adoption.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, data integrations, and experience working with data products.
  • Sales-Led Mindset: Comfortable working with sales teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally and simplify complex technical information.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Sigma, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Background in hospitality, tourism, or real estate tech.
  • Prior exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS or data products.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Salary range 40,000 - 45,000 EUR annually
  • Indefinite contract

Hiring Process:

  • First stage: Interview with the People Team at AirDNA (Online-30min)
  • Second stage: Meet our Senior Product Manager (Online-45min)
  • Final stage: Meet the team, series of 20min (Online-60min)
  • Ideal start date: Q1 2025

€40,000 - €45,000 a year

Salary will be determined based on your skills and experience.
