What is the opportunity?
As a Tech Infrastructure Intern, you will join the Tech Infrastructure Team as they automate processes within the bank and deploy Site Reliability Engineering capabilities to all Technology lines of business. You will work alongside the team in a real software development/product engineering environment, making lasting contributions to Production codebase. On the team, you will work daily with subject matter experts and receive technical and professional mentoring. During your internship, you will present your work both to your direct team, but also to the larger Tech Infrastructure community and executive leadership.

- Work with cutting edge technology and paradigms to bring a scalable and future-forward solution to the bank
- Work closely with clients/stakeholders to ensure successful design and development across data and reliability domains
- Opportunity to design and build real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines leveraging modern Python streaming tools like Airflow
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to study workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and measure impact
- Provide business leadership to guide and collaborate with developers and product owners to implement time-saving automations
- Research and lead development of monitoring platforms, translating product usage and adoption to time or cost savings
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on computer science, engineering, data science, product engineering, or other related field
- Graduating December 2025 or Spring 2026
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in analyzing, developing, or managing full stack applications
- Knowledge of relational and nonrelational databases, SQLlite, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc
- Understanding of Restful APIs both from consumer and producer standpoint
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Requests, Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, and other data related Python libraries
- Debugging skills using modern observability tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, ElasticStack, Grafana, etc.
- Experience with DevOps concepts and toolchains, specifically around CI/CD deployment
- Practical Product Management training or experience

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $87,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
