As the Director of Data Engineering within the Ad Platforms division, you will lead and develop the Identity and Audience Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting and handling scalable data platforms that drive Paramount's advertising solutions! This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and an advanced understanding of cloud-based data architectures. You will work closely with product owners, partners, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions that align with business needs. This role works with the VP of Product for Audience & Identity and is pivotal in advancing the company’s data-driven advertising initiatives at Paramount Global!

Hiring Salary Range: $160,000.00 - 185,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
