The ideal candidate for the Business Intelligence (BI) Manager role will lead the Reporting and Data Visualization team to support the Risk Quality Consumer (RQC) business unit. This role involves managing the development and maintenance of BI solutions that enhance business performance and drive organizational growth. The incumbent will
be responsible for the daily activities of a team of data analysts, managing the intake process, gathering requirements, estimating resources, prioritizing requests, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time to meet or exceed the stakeholder's expectations. They will collaborate with various business partners to identify data needs, create analytical solutions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. BI Manager is responsible for recruiting,
training, and evaluating the performance of team members. They will lead, mentor, and develop the Business Intelligence team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
