Role Purpose

Artificial intelligence evolution for the fixed network solutions fulfilment for PA customers

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and update technical skills.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Programming Languages: Deep knowledge of PHP and Python.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in data manipulation, including structured data tools (e.g., SQL) and unstructured data tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Advanced skills in artificial intelligence, particularly in machine learning and generative AI. Knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, H20) and fundamental techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, time-series analysis).
  • Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with major frameworks and libraries for PHP, Python, and AI.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development roles, preferably in AI-related contexts.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications or equivalents are preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT process development (ITIL certification is preferred)
  • NP procedures according to regulatory constraints (optional)
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 3 years on Tech companies / software house

Key performance indicators

  • Compliance with PA activation plans
  • Compliance with SLA on customer activation and GNP for PA
  • Technical NPS and delivery quality indicators for PA
