A Day In The Life

We are looking for a talented and passionate machine learning engineer to join our Research Science team. You will focus on machine learning model optimization and performance improvement in advertising technology, aiming to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of advertising.

The ideal candidate should not only have excellent academic and technical background, but also be able to play an active role in teamwork, continuously track and apply cutting-edge technologies, and independently discover and solve problems.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Develop and improve machine learning models related to advertising delivery to enhance the model’s prediction accuracy and effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, optimize model inference performance, and improve monitoring systems.
• Continue to pay attention to the latest developments in machine learning and advertising technology, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's business. Apply the latest research results to actual projects and promote technological innovation.
• Proactively discover potential problems and optimization space in the advertising delivery system and propose feasible solutions. Design and execute experiments to verify assumptions and optimize model and system performance.
• Work closely with our talented machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate your solution into our platform.

Who You Are

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or other related fields.
• Solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in machine learning, familiar with common machine learning algorithms and tools (such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Have practical experience in model optimization and inference performance optimization, and understand relevant technologies and methods.
• Excellent teamwork skills, good at communication and collaboration, able to actively contribute in the team.
• Strong willingness to learn and the ability to independently discover and solve problems, and the ability to quickly adapt to technological changes.

Additional Strengths

• Previous experience in advertising technology or related field.
• Experience in C++ development
• Applicants who have published papers on recommendation systems or advertising at top conferences (such as KDD, NeurIPS, SIGIR, Recsys, etc.) will be given priority.
