We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of taking products from ideation through productization. A successful candidate will be able to live at the intersection of technology and experience. They will need to understand which technologies are worth developing because they could offer powerful new experiences to our users - and then help the team marry the two into a compelling feature. They’ll also need to be able to see what new technologies are required in order to create an innovative new experience for our users, and guide the creation of both.
We often work internally in small teams and regularly work with the team to help guide the projects to success. But we also often collaborate with teams across the company as well.
The products we build are part prototype, part proof of concept and part sales pitch, so clear communication, understanding of current platform capabilities, cutting edge ML technology, a design sense, and an ability to advocate for ideas and for the team are all key skills for this role.
