In this role, you will support the defining of the strategy and roadmap for a range of digital products. You’ll become the subject matter expert of the product(s) and will be accountable for driving the day-to-day product lifecycle from design to release by leading the team to articulate clear requirements that will be used to bring the vision to life. You’ll define and monitor key success metrics, go-to-market tactics to drive adoption, and ensure we’re always providing RBC clients with a superior client experience. In addition, you’ll be collaborating with business and functional teams, leaders, and dedicated user experience design and engineering teams.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
