We are currently looking to recruit a BI Analyst based in Athens to join our high-performing BI team (remote working within Europe will be considered for this position). This role is key to supporting decision-making and revenue growth by focusing on leading accurate, relevant, and timely business insights. You’ll have a strong command of data, statistical and algorithmic techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize. You’ll be able to synthesize actionable findings across diverse assignments and present them to different audiences, including senior leadership. What you will focus on:

• Provide end-to-end KPI tracking or ad hoc analysis as required by defining requirements and providing business insights.
• Develop new models and tools, and communicate findings to leadership and the wider team to enable informed strategic decisions.
• Develop new, regular, and automated reports from existing databases.
• Manage QA data, data processes, KPIs, and various metrics.
• Act as liaison with key business partners, ensuring full understanding of data flow, data integrity, and business systems quality.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Excellent scripting skills in SQL, Python or similar for the purpose of data gathering, QA, analytics, and modelling.
• Experience in data visualization with tools like Tableau, Metabase, or similar.
• BSc in relevant subjects (i.e. Math, Applied Computer or Data Science, Economics, Statistics and/or Business) is required, MSc will be considered a plus.
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented with the ability to focus and prioritize demanding workload.
• Self-motivated, self-organised individual, able to work independently.
• Agile team-working experience and excellent team spirit.
• Experience using dbt and exposure to analytics and data science is a strong plus.
