Role: Full Stack Data Scientist (All Levels)

Location: Palo Alto

Salary Range: $127,000 to $297,000 USD + Equity

Your Role:

• As a data scientist in the core product engineering team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence and elevate our product development process with your insights and innovations.

• Develop key metrics for a profound understanding of our product features, assessing their impact on platform engagement and user growth to guide product strategy.

• Build and maintain essential datasets, dashboards, and reporting services, serving as the south of truth for our performance indicators.

• Analyze data and build analytical tools to gain insights into user behavior, thereby enhancing user experiences, uncovering growth areas, and devising new features.

• Provide data and analysis support for product A/B tests, playing a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making for product changes.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers, offering data and analytical support to enhance product development.

Who You Are:

• We're looking for exceptional scientists/engineers who are passionate about our mission and have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• Master, Post-graduate or PhD in statistics, mathematics, computer science, machine learning, information retrieval, engineering, operations research, or other quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of industry experience working with large scale data pipelines, end-to-end data science solutions, and customer behavior analytics (we are hiring all levels DS II or above).

• Expertise solving complex and highly impactful business problems through quantitative approaches (statistical / machine learning models) with at least one programming language (Python, Scala, etc), and data manipulation tools including SQL and Spark.

• Ability to create/improve analytics tools or reproducible analysis libraries.
