Job Description
Apply Machine Learning and Operations Research to optimize Sales Operations ：
- Understand day-to-day sales operations including demand forecasting, inventory management and supply allocation
- Formulate machine learning solutions and operations research models to generate weekly / quarterly demand forecasting, and optimize channel inventory to save costs and improve efficiency
- Communicate insights and findings to business partners including sales and supply chain stakeholders
- Acquire business insights and requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Design and build an end-to-end supply-demand fulfillment system, from demand forecasting, inventory optimization to supply fulfillment
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiar with machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning, with a preference for practical experience in at least one of the following domains: time series forecasting, anomaly detection, operations research
- Excellent in using Python, Java, or C++
- Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- A real passion for innovation and a willingness to constantly challenge the status quo
- Professional proficiency in English & Mandarin Chinese
