The Staff Software Engineer at CertifID will push the boundaries of innovation and further our people-first values by eagerly supporting and collaborating with the CertifID team. This person will bring experience in the SaaS industry. Opportunity to work within a squad of engineers, designers, and product managers as a technical leader and subject-matter expert. You will work alongside seasoned and mission driven engineers, whom have a deep knowledge of C#, .NET, Javascript, Vue.js and Azure.

  • Follow best practices to write high-quality, secure, maintainable, performant, scalable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Actively participate in agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Be a flexible contributor, learning new skills as required and solving a wide variety of engineering challenges in different areas.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Exhibit a thirst for learning, keeping up with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Experience:

  • High degree of competency in C# and .NET (recent experience with current versions preferred).
  • Proven experience of front end frameworks, working with Vue.js, React, Angular, Javascript, Typescript (similar frontend frameworks).
  • Competency in applying and documenting architectural patterns to design robust and scalable systems.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with applied data science, machine learning, or other large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data engineering, including experience with diverse database and database technologies, as well as building data pipelines and processing large datasets.
  • UI/UX framework experience, ensuring smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies.
  • Preferred experience with Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (or equivalent cloud platform) and MongoDB.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, valuing teamwork and effective knowledge sharing with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Bring a sense of ownership, demonstrate craftsmanship, enjoy collaboration, and have the drive to make an impact.
  • Accountable to self and others, establishes trust through consistent and transparent actions.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing complex systems.
