Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team . As a Producer , you will act as a content owner for our multidisciplinary teams . You will work closely with the content creation team, technical experts and content directors to deliver high-quality products. You will manage the delivery of key AI features such as various AI archetypes and AI systems. You will work with the Production Manager and the leadership team to establish production best practices. 

Report

The Technical Producer will report to the Production Manager .

Responsibilities and tasks

• Lead the delivery of highly engaging AI archetypes and AI systems.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment while keeping an eye on team health and development status.

• Break down complex deliverables, create/manage the project roadmap, and keep stakeholders informed, aware of risks and tradeoffs.

• Coordinate dependencies, assign individual responsibilities to team members, and make decisions about priorities that conflict with project deliverables.

• Plan deliverables with project managers and directors, validate feasibility and lead development throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in the recruitment process; conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience as well as their compatibility with the culture of the team and the organization.

Experience and skills required

• Experience in similar management positions such as producer , associate producer, production manager , development manager or other relevant position.

• Deep understanding of development methodologies, best practices, production lifecycle, tools and processes.

• Ability to prioritize and manage complex operational issues.

• Excellent leadership skills, with proven ability to recruit, develop, guide, empower and motivate a high performing production team in a constantly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build successful partnerships at all levels of a team and organization.

• Experience launching and operating live games with a solid understanding of development best practices for games as a service.

• Experience in managing teams in all phases of the production cycle.

• Strong desire to find ways to optimize the game development process.

• Be comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to adjust plans and strategies as new information is obtained or project conditions change.

Position – Technical Producer - Security Systems

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join the Haven Interactive Studios project team. As a Producer, you will act as a product owner for our multi-disciplinary teams. You will work closely with the content creation team, technical experts, and Content Directors to deliver high quality products. The Producer will manage the delivery of key AI features such as various AI Archetypes and AI Systems. The Producer will work with the Production Director and leadership team to establish production best practices. 

Reporting

The Technical Producer will report to the Production Director.

• Break down complex deliverables, create/manage project roadmap, and keep stakeholders informed, aware of risks, and trade-offs.

• Coordinate dependencies, assign individual responsibilities to team members, and drive decisions around priorities that come in conflict with project deliverables.

• Plan deliverables with project Leads and Directors, validate feasibility, and drive development through the project's entire lifecycle.

• Participate in the recruitment process; conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and compatibility with team and organization culture.

Experience and Skills Required

• Experience in similar management positions such as Producer, Associate Producer, Production Manager, Development Director or other relevant position.

• Deep understanding of development methodologies, best practices, production life cycle, tools and processes.

• Ability to prioritize and manage complex operational issues.
