Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director CRM, the CRM Development Manager is responsible for driving the CRM strategy, for the European Ralph Lauren Business. The CRM Development Manager, working with the Senior Director, will conceptualize and develop business transformative and innovative CRM projects to drive new customer acquisition and conversion, retention, brand engagement and revenue.
Working closely with the SD and partnering with the CRM Manager, the CRM Development Manager will develop engaging, creative and customer centric strategies.
The CRM Development Manager will have experience developing and delivering strategy, have a proven technical skillset and expertise in customer segmentation and modelling, automation and journey orchestration.
Success in this role will require the ability to operate at a strategic level, while maintaining a strong bias for operational excellence.
