Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Earnings platform, with a strong emphasis on integrating Machine Learning (ML) solutions to enhance user experience and drive product innovation. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to build scalable, data-driven solutions that support real-time earnings access to our customer

This position will be a hybrid from our Bengaluru office as part of our expanding site location. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Earnings platform, ensuring it leverages ML to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for users.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and financial experts to build and optimize earnings-related features that enhance user engagement and financial well-being.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Ensure the earnings platform delivers seamless, intuitive, and personalized experiences that empower users to access and manage their earnings in real-time.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and ML-driven analytics to optimize product features, predict usage patterns, and continuously improve the product’s performance and impact.
• Scalability & Innovation: Build and enhance the underlying infrastructure to support large-scale earnings system, while identifying new opportunities to apply ML for predictive insights.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, and mentor team members in applying data and ML to solve complex problems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven products, financial services, or fintech solutions.
• Experience in integrating Machine Learning models into product features, with a strong understanding of ML frameworks and tools.
• Strong technical background in ML, data analytics, or working with data science teams to deliver high-impact, personalized product experiences.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale products, ideally in the fintech industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and ML insights to drive product decisions and optimize user outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with engineering and data science to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial services is a plus
