Position Overview 

Provision of technology solutions and support for BI and Merchandise Applications in Asia Pacific

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and support to data warehouse, BI and merchandise applications
• Develop ETL programs, validation scripts/stored procedures, and reporting objects such as reports, cubes, and dashboards for visualization
• Perform data validation per test cases to ensure deliverables match with requirements and quality 
• Gather requirements, and perform analysis both BI and Merchandise applications
• Transform analysis into requirement/functional documents, mappings and test cases
• Perform troubleshooting of BI and application problems and provide issue resolutions
• Maintain, validate, and implement BI and merchandise applications platforms
• Provide support, training, and work with functional teams and counterparts in various departments to resolve technical issues
• Document processes and improve where necessary 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Few years of relevant experience in data warehousing and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience in SQL, database/data processing concepts, stored procedures creation, dashboard development, and ETL Tool Informatica
• Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task 
• Effective communication skills in English 
• Experience in supporting applications in retail and merchandising will be an advantage
