Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement novel machine learning algorithms and AI models
• Create scalable, efficient, and robust code for our AI/ML applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute unconventional solutions
• Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and its data science/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Proven experience in machine learning and AI development
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and approach problems from unique angles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
• Work remote in Arkansas
