Job Description
In your role as Data science analyst will work with marketing team members through the phases of use-case data exploration and landing data intelligence (machine learning) products to the design, implementation and deployment on the big data platform.
Problem you will be facing at include - customer segmentation, customer lifetime value estimation, recommender systems, etc.
This is a good opportunity for the candidate to apply data science techniques to B2B2C business problems and be part of digital transforming in Unilever Food Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to explore and prototype use cases to meet the requirement of business operation pain point and the applications of data mining techniques
- Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, data visualization and analysis regarding ad-hoc requirements
- Lead vendors to design, develop, test and deploy data intelligence services
Requirements:
- Strong technical background with major in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics
- 3+ years data science and data project lead experience
- Hands on experience with Python, SQL, R and Tableau.
- Familiar with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Preferred practical experiences with model deployment and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
