Job Summary
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable data science solutions for CVS Pharmacy & Retail marketing from the start to the finish utilizing relevant tools and methodologies
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable analytics solutions
- Develop models and algorithms to measure causal impact, analyze customer behavior and optimize marketing strategies
- Take ownership of multiple analytics projects and present findings and insights to stakeholder in a clear and understandable manner
- Synthesize ideas/proposals in writing and engage in productive discussion with internal and external peers and managers; Mentor junior data scientists on best practices, analytic & modeling techniques, processes, frameworks and KPIs; Stay updated with the latest data science techniques and tools
Location
Hybrid schedule in Wellesley/Boston, NYC, or Woonsocket RI - in office 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of working experience using analytics to solve product or business problems
- Strong programming skills in Python, proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate dataset from various databases
- Significant experience working with predictive and statistical modeling, time-series analysis, inferential Bayesian statistics and causality analysis
- Solid understanding in experimental design, measurement, and results interpretation
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
- Attention to details and proven record of delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising and marketing analytics
- Experience in measurement of multi-channel marketing
Education
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in quantitative discipline - Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or similar discipline
- Master's degree or PhD in related discipline is preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
