Position Objective

Get ready for a fast paced opportunity where you are part of the Modzy Sales team that is focused on finding new customers and growing revenue for our secure ModelOps AI Platform that discovers, deploys, manages and governs machine learning at scale. You will work independently and closely with field sales account executives and marketing leaders to conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and initiate sales cycles. You will apply specific functional knowledge and working/general industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Help Modzy field sales achieve their revenue objectives by developing leads and scheduling discovery calls that lead to a high percentage of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned goals, assist others, promote cooperation and best practices.
  • Receive coaching and direction from field sales and sales management.
  • Identify target contacts and companies, and reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, cold-calling and on-line meetings to conduct preliminary qualification as needed.
  • Run lead generation campaigns, bring new prospecting ideas to the broader team, collaborate with others and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
  • Use Salesforce to update account and contact information, record notes and track all activity and communication with prospects. Keep up with Modzy’s CRM standard Skills
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a B2B business development/inside sales role with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning or data science, with technical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, driven by performance metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Articulate and active listener. Ability to uncover a prospect’s pain, needs, and requirements and deliver Modzy value proposition.
  • Comfortable speaking with any level: C-level through data scientists and engineers working for major corporations and governments
  • BA or BS degree Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in working within AP Style standardized writing and editing guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of sales drive with the ability to be laser focused
