Continuing with the tradition of innovation, MetLife, as part of its Digital Office function, is establishing a dedicated center for advanced analytics & research in India. The setup of Global Analytics and Research Center (GARC) is a key multi-year strategic initiative focused on scaling data science capabilities, enabling a more cost-effective analytics operating model, and increasing data science maturity across the MetLife global community!
We are looking for accomplished analysts who are passionate about creating business impact by leveraging data and appropriate choice of analytical tools and techniques. The problem space covers business functions such as customer engagement, distribution, underwriting, claims operations, risk management, products and tackle hard, open-ended problems across geographies.
Senior Analyst- Business Analytics is a critical role, responsible for problem definition, solution design and development. The role requires an enthusiast with a combination of skills - consulting skills, analytical skills, experience with analytical techniques, algorithms, data handling /SQL skills and visualization skills to design approaches and build analytical solutions for various use cases. Exposure to production deployment will be a major plus. The person will also mentor Analysts and Jr Analysts and review their work.
