Job Description
In this position you will need to be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills. Day to day tasks will involve hands-on adversarial testing of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications. Your responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans and test cases, risk analysis, cross-functional testing coordination, and integration testing across the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative testing
- An enthusiasm for customer-focused design and high-quality technology
- Experience with developing test strategies, including: writing test plans, test cases, custom tools, and testing architectures
- Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail. Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
- Passion for debugging difficult problems and driving results with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills are a requirement due to the high level of interaction with engineering teams, management, and other organization within Apple.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Test automation experience, ideally with XCTest Framework
- At ease and adaptable in a dynamic and informal atmosphere
