Job Description

You’ll help us by…

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: 

• åCrafting and implementing various asset creation and management tools ranging from exporters to content creation tools, to asset management tools, to build tools, to frameworks

• Maintaining and supporting existing and new and infrastructure as needed

• Working with content creators, designers, and other specialists to document requirements and ensure tool design specifications are met

• Design and development of user-friendly interfaces for content creators

You’re awesome because you have…

• Experience with building AI tools – Behavior Trees, HSM

• The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team

• Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude

• Organization methods and the capability to meet deadlines

• Comfort with self-critique and accepting outside feedback

• A habit of regularly playing and understanding modern video games

• Strong English skills, spoken and written

Bonus points for…

• General experience with animation tools and pipelines

• Experience with writing in-game debugging tools for internal use

• Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
