Job Description

Elementary is looking for a Data Labeling Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for accurately labeling and categorizing data on our application, which is critical for the training of machine learning models. This role involves ensuring data is correctly annotated, and adhering to labeling guidelines specified by our customers to maintain data quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about working with cutting edge technology, and comfortable operating a software application. You pay attention to detail, are curious minded and are passionate about helping our customers maintain product quality.

Responsibilities Include

• Data Annotation: Accurately label and categorize pictures following specific guidelines and standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of labeled data, ensuring consistency and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers, machine learning engineers, and other team members to understand labeling requirements and improve the annotation process.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of labeling processes, guidelines, and any challenges encountered during data annotation.
• Feedback Implementation: Provide feedback on labeling tools and processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and execute labeling instructions.
• Located in the CDMX area

Bonus qualifications

• Familiar with industrial automation
• Software skills
• Experience in data labeling, annotation, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
