Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, data consulting, and data engineering branch of SoftServe. Starting as a group of 3 enthusiasts back in 2013, almost 200 Data Engineers and Architects nowadays build Data & Analytics end-to-end solutions from strategy through technical design and PoC to full-scale implementation. We have customers in Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy domains across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

We hold top-level partnership statuses with all the major cloud providers and collaborate with many technology partners like Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, Cloudera, Starburst, Collibra, Tableau, and others.

Together with the Software Engineering Institute and Carnegie Mellon University, we adapted ADD and ATAM architecture design methodologies to Big Data needs and invented the Smart Decisions game to promote architecture design best practices in AI and Big Data.

IF YOU ARE

• A technology professional focused on data warehouses, ETL, and BI solutions development
• Skilled in creating visualizations using at least two BI tools, such as Power BI and preferably Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Experienced in eliciting business requirements to address customer data visualization needs
• Ready to dive into a customer's subject area and develop optimal solutions for data models, data transformation implementation, or data visualization
• Skilled in designing dashboards and workbooks
• Used to modify SQL queries to improve performance
• Showing expertise in database technologies used for analytics, including SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Oracle, and Teradata
• Experienced with ELT orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Apache Airflow, Informatica, and Talend (nice-to-have)
