Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML systems
• Manage data collection and control labeling processes
• Establish and maintain of MLOps workflows
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualization
• Develop and test hypotheses
• Communicate directly with English-speaking customers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Programming Languages and Environment Management:
• Python, Conda/Poetry, Pip, Linux, Bash
• Experience with Machine Learning Libraries: PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, OpenCV
• Skills in Data Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Expertise in Model Deployment and Serving: Docker, Flask/FastAPI/Tornado
• Knowledge in Databases and Storage: SQL, AWS S3/Azure Blob Storage
• Proficiency in Version Control: Git
• Experience with Development Environments: Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm/VSCode
• Hands-on with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps): MLflow/TensorBoard/Weights & Biases
• B2 level or higher in English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus

Internal knowledge transfer activities are conducted within the Data Engineering Family (which includes data practice & data competency) – it is a space for all of our specialists to share their experiences, learn new skills, host meetups, mentor others, and more.

Salary ranges start from € 3 000 gross. The final compensation will be determined based on your specific skills and experience.
