About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, Machine Learning within Risk, you'll lead a team building machine learning and data science solutions for some of the toughest challenges in the financial services industry. Your work will directly impact our customer experience and the profitability of our business. This is a dynamic role, where you'll combine research and engineering to out-perform bad actors for the benefit of our customers. Model performance for fraud and scam prevention is a tremendous lever for improving customer experience and financial inclusion. It's also a critical vector for preventing financial losses and driving profitability. You'll report to our Director of Engineering.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $194,000-$242,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
