Trane Technologies ' early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training , valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network . Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in A nalytics Focused majors' exposure to variety projects which will include various ways to apply your education in solving real world problems.

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of one of our many locations across North America . Flexible work from home options available .

• Collaborate with others on the analytics team to develop understanding of the data, the business, and technical approaches.  Understand data sets essential to developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights.

• Eagerly and proactively seek new information , skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
• Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical tools to extract and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights to the business.
• Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to understand followed problems by recommending and executing the best approach to address the needs of internal customers.
• Coursework or experience utilizing some or all of the following: Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or other visualization software
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States
• Pursuing a BS/BA in T echnical or A nalytics related field such as Computer Science , Management of Information Systems , Statistics , Mathematics , Analytics, Data Science, or similar with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
• Minimum Work Experience : At least one internship or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
• US citizen or have the legal right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Salary Information 

Base Pay: $ 24.00 – $ 33.48 per hour

Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of function, class year, and geographic location where the work is performed. 

Relocation/housing assistance is available as a lump sum payment of $3,500 tax assisted.
