Gridmatic is hiring for our first in-house technical recruiter to support our engineering growth. We’re looking for someone who has worked at startups or high-growth environments and is exceptional at finding and closing strong engineering talent. You’d be working in a full-cycle capacity, from top-of-funnel strategy to negotiating and closing candidates.
The focus will be on rapidly growing our software engineering team, which involves hiring backend, full-stack, infra, and site reliability engineers. As the first in-house technical recruiter, you’d play a key role in the company’s culture and growth and help define and improve how we hire at Gridmatic.
We are currently 40 employees with a goal of expanding to 60 in the next 6 months with continued growth necessary over the next 24 months. Our mission, to enable the ascent of clean energy in the world’s electricity markets, is ambitious and challenging. This role will be instrumental in helping us build the team that can achieve it.
