About the role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager on the B2B Growth team, your mandate will be to drive top of funnel and new customer growth of Notion’s priority B2B segments. You’ll develop growth strategies and lead initiatives by working with cross-functional teams across the company. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, stakeholder management and be able to understand and advocate for the self-serve customer journey, pain points and motivations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving Notion’s revenue growth by building, refining, and scaling a B2B-focused growth marketing portfolio that includes but is not limited to Partnerships, Affiliates, and other paid programs.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $165K-190K
