This role will report to the Director of Strategic Analytics.

In this position you will:

  • Lead a team of analysts on quantitative research projects (including analyzing experimental designs, RCTs, tracking digital marketing programs, interpreting statistical modeling, and survey development and analysis)

  • 2-3 years of experience managing technical projects and analysts, either as a direct manager or dotted line

  • Strong familiarity in individual-level statistical modeling, polling, managing experimental designs, randomized control trials (RCTs), or tracking a marketing program is a plus
  • Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
  • Experience with individual-level commercial files is a plus
  • Competency in conducting/analyzing data and navigating large volumes of information to synthesize what’s most important and actionable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset, with the ability to develop strong partnerships and influence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrate good presentation skills by pairing sound analytics with storytelling
