About the Role

Come and be a part of our dynamic team, of engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers. Together, we develop AI applications for the Alight Worklife platform with a significant emphasis on Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with our business, teams and solutions leaders to develop our product vision and ensure successful delivery.
• Being an influential member in internal and external developer communities to share best-practices and process improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to ensure high standards and quality of code.
• Building quality and high-performing functionality primarily with Python / Java/ JavaScript/ AWS Bedrock
• Developing new functionality on existing software applications.
• Participating on an engaged team in rapid, agile development schedule.
• Supporting the deployment of applications to Production environments.
• Providing production environment development support for applications in use by customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development in an Agile environment
• Experience developing web or ML solutions utilizing Java, AWS experience.
• Experience of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience estimating development efforts from software requirements in an Agile environment
• Demonstrate with search, chat or machine learning applications.
• Manage services provided to the federal government or federal government contractor and therefore requires US Citizenship. Proof of citizenship status will be required at time of hire.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

90,200 USD

Maximum :

143,100 USD
