Job Description

Analyze users log data to monitor AI systems and services. Use techniques like AB testing to evaluate the next generation of online services on millions of real users. Monitor the health of user engagement across large populations of users. Build ML metrics and analysis tools for real-time monitoring of users' experience of AI services like the Bixby voice assistant. Facilitate the AI system/software integration into existing production Cl/CD environments and architect the MLOps environment. Conduct a log analysis to identify and prioritize issues. Create machine-learning tools for user and system analysis. Design metrics that represent the various offline and online aspects of user satisfaction/dissatisfaction.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and six (6) months of experience analyzing data and building machine learning models.

• Named Entity Recognition (NER): Sentence Embeddings; Transfer Learning for NLP

$174,158—$207,750 USD
