The Role:

• Collect, organize and evaluate company data
• Interpreting and analyzing data using tools and techniques from statistics and machine learning, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Create performance reports and visualization dashboards for improved decision making process
• Build algorithms and predictive models to forecast outcome
• Collaborate with executives to define operational problems and to clarify objectives
• Conduct research on the various analysis methods and utilize appropriate methods to assess information and develop practical solutions
• Automate tasks and streamline processes, seeking new process improvement opportunities

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• BS/MS/MBA in decision science, operations management or business administration related fields
• Proficient in programming languages (such as SQL, R, Python, VBA, SAS, JavaScript) or working experience with data visualization and reporting tool (such as tableau and power BI)

would be a big plus

• Experience working with databases, optimization and simulation
• Strong communication skills, high execution, self-motivated; fluent in English and Mandarin

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Has working experience in Oracle ERP, Kinaxis or other supply chain management software
• Deep domain knowledge of one or more functional supply chain and planning processes such S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Master Production Scheduling

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree
