What you’ll be able to do:

This job is a great opportunity to drive the Delivery of a key enterprise objective, Mach1ML: Ford’s AI/ML Platform. The AI/ML platform has been identified as a key strategic enabler to transform and meet the Modernize Everywhere goal. Mach1ML enables building, deploying and operationalizing models at speed and scale.

• Manage PDO teams to meet delivery commitments of the platform.
• You will involve effectively engaging in GCP strategy discussions, identifying dependencies and working closely with the Product Owners to come with the integrated Product roadmap consisting of an on-prem and Google cloud approach.
• Perform at a very high level of technical competence and maturity under pressure.
• Product Team: Grow and lead product teams to deliver value
• Product Roadmap: Ensure that each initiative has a clear roadmap of products and teams structured accordingly
• Business Value commitments: Meet the business value commitments
• Operations Support: Ensure products meet operational commitments to support business value.
• Budget Management: Meet the financial and headcount budgets set for the team

The minimum requirements we seek:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Data Science
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and AI/ML.

Our preferred requirements:

• Experience working with Agile and Lean methodologies including defining and prioritizing product features and working with backlog management tools.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming, and Continuous Integration & Development.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate many services and a wide range of global business and IT partners.
• Proven ability to lead a team to deliver on large sophisticated and ambiguous projects that are highly interfaced from end-to-end.
• High interpersonal, planning and time leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, sophisticated and global environment.
• Exposure to Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Exposure and experience with Ford Architectural standards, processes, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business team members on a global level and negotiate solutions and drive consensus across platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead by managing issues, risks, scope, plans, estimates and schedules across a complicated set of customers.
